CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY

-Do not mention anything related to NSFW when sending the payment through PayPal, as this could cause issues with the platform.

-By requesting NSFW content, you affirm that you are at least 18 years old. If this is found to be untrue, I am released from all liability, and it will result in an immediate block across all my platforms.

-By commissioning me, you confirm that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method and that the funds used are obtained legally. I am not responsible for verifying the origin of those funds.

-Any issues related to unauthorized transactions, stolen funds, or third-party claims must be handled with your payment provider.

-I am not responsible for resolving external payment disputes.

-In case of a chargeback or payment reversal, I reserve the right to revoke any usage rights of the artwork and take further action if necessary.

USAGE & COPYRIGHT

-The artwork is for personal use only. Commercial use is not allowed.

-You may share or post the artwork, but please do not claim it as your own creation.

-It is strictly forbidden to use my work for AI training, NFTs, tracing, reselling, or removing/altering my signature.

-I may post the finished artwork on my social media as part of my portfolio. You may choose whether you want to be credited, tagged, or remain anonymous.

PAYMENT

-Full payment is required before I start working on the commission.

-PayPal is used for international payments. If you are in Mexico, bank transfer is also accepted.

-Payment is usually made when the commission is requested, but you can also choose to wait until your turn in the queue before paying.

-Tips are always appreciated at the beginning or end of the commission, but they are completely optional.

REFUNDS

-Once I have started working on the illustration, full refunds will not be available. I will keep the amount corresponding to the work completed up to that point.

-If I cancel the commission, you will receive a full refund.

WORKFLOW

-Please provide clear visual references for the character(s). I do not work from text descriptions alone.

-I reserve the right to decline or cancel a commission if it makes me uncomfortable or if the client behaves in a disrespectful or inappropriate manner.

-My response time may vary depending on time zone differences, but I always try to reply as soon as possible.

-If the client becomes unresponsive for an extended period of time, the commission may be put on hold or considered abandoned.

-Pose changes are only allowed during the sketch stage.

-Changes during the sketch stage are free. After that, you have 5 free minor changes. From the 6th change onward, an additional fee may apply depending on complexity (unless the mistake was mine).

-Commissions are usually completed in order of arrival, but I may alternate between them or work out of order depending on the type of commission, complexity, or my schedule (for example, NSFW pieces may be worked on at specific times).

-Waiting times may vary depending on complexity, my availability, and the length of the queue.

-I am not responsible for delays caused by lack of communication or missing references from the client.

-Final illustration(s) will be sent exclusively via email in full quality.

ART STYLE POLICY

Commissions will be drawn in my personal art style. Please make sure you are comfortable with my work before commissioning me, as I will not replicate other art styles or make significant changes to my own. This includes core stylistic choices such as rendering, proportions, shapes, and stylized features.
